o/t little comp problem

If I go to a site, for instance this one and there is a link to another site showing a pic or a video ect, and then I close that window, a message flashes up on the screen saying you are trying to close two tabs and then the comp also closes the window showing the boo page....why is this?

Are you clicking the cross in the browser window or the tab to close?

I assume you're using tabbed browsing here

Firefox?

Sounds like you're using firefox and have multiple tabs open in the same window.

Closing the main window with the 'x' button will close all tabs hence the warning.

each tab has it's own 'x' for closing them individually

IE7 has tabbed browsing also.
