O/T i think? problems uploading a photo

just wanted some help,

am trying to up load a photo to have above my name, keep getting an error message.

its 70 pixels by 70 pixles and aroung half the kb stated.

anyone help?

is it saved as a .JPEG? if not give it a go and see what happens. also give it a day or so then re try if it doesnt work
