O/T blocking and reporting mail

A friend of mine keep getting hate mail from another person. My friend blocked the sensers hotmail account, but the sender just changed accounts and has carried on.

What can my friend do next?

My friend has a very large contact group so chaning hotmail address would be a real pain in the butt.

How does my friend report this?

just add that one to block list aswell.

try blocking anything that comes from that ip address. then the only way he could do it is from another location, report it to your i.s.p and see if they can do anything to block it

also try downloading zonealarm,
its a free firewall and will allow ya to block ip addresses

Or phone crimestoppers and tell them about hate emails from a certain person and are starting to get worried about how far this is going to go.
use the ip finder to give the police the ip address.

If it is abusive then the police will have to give them a warning
