Nut is missing!!!

The nut which holds the clamp which holds the battery is gone! Is it somekind of special nut, as the bolt seems to be fitted rather far below? Or has my bolt just fallen down somehow? (It doesn't seem likely though, as the bolt isn't loose at all)

The car is a Bravo 1,6 SX '98.

ITS one of them nuts with a washer attached to it but any nut and washer will do (the right size of course)
