I think we shall call it ‘Gigi’

Lots of work to go, but it’s parked up safe and sound at home now.

Getting quite a fleet there Matt! Will sally get much of a look-in? The Giardy engine can also be taken out to 652cc (but no bigger). Depending on whether it is an early or a late version, you may have to fit a 10mm spacer between the barrels and the crankcase. Other than that, it is quite a straightforward conversion. Sports exhausts and camshafts are available; carbs are a bit more difficult, but obtainable. Brakes (and wheels) on the giardy are the same as a 600, so no great problems there. Well done.

Tom,
This one will be primarily for her - Prosecco cart, charcuterie for client parties, business cards, things like that. Way down the road when it's essentially finished, we'll design a slide out tray/table for the back - akin to some of the popular camping setups - that allows for a little arrangement. The challenge will be designing it around the need to open the engine compartment.

I don't think this one will get much in the way of power boosting. I still have to go through and take stock of what the rotating assembly looks like, but if all is well, I'll probably just repurpose what I can. I know the crank has some light rust on the rod journals, but I may pirate my spare 500F motor instead of turning it down and fiddling with oversized bearings - conversations for the machinist.

It needs a LOT, but priorities here are: 1) Get a cover (currently garage-less) 2) Triage/stop some of the worst rust spots 3) dive into the engine/trans.
