hey all,

was looking at the novitec airboxes and decided that they are beautiful, now im after one.

im guessing you cant get them from novitec anymore?

does anyone have one for sale / would be interested in a swap for a GSR?

Do a google on BMC CDA and there are a few suppliers. Not cheap though and hard to fit..like no fitting kit included for a beast like a small beer keg..

I had to make up an induction pipe from the car fittings I stripped out but you could always buy silicon hoses.

Only downside with all these things is the need to take them off frequently to clean and re-oil. Becareful with over oiling as it goes down the pipe and clogs up all the downstream sensors.

what do you think is the best??? i have a gsr atm and have absolouptly no complaints... tbh i couldnt feel a diference even though i know there is one... bmc's sound ace though! :p

Dave will make you wash your mouth out with soap for saying that, he hates the CDA's with a passion :D.

Me personally I think it's the best filter i've used for my 16v swap, tried 2 different cone filters on my old GSR kit (8v engine) and it was ok.....

Thanks

Btw how did you make your induction kit :D?

Did you cut a GSR down? OR did you just buy some elbows ?

If so link please :)

Thanks
Ming
