Technical Not starting

I have a bravo 1.4 12v it stopped running for no reason i have checked and changed several parts including the spark cables injector fuel pump and when i checked the sparkplugs they were working. Fuses also fine both under the hood and interior. Fuel is coming to the mono injection but not running. I believe it seems the petrol is piling up a bit at on the injector. When i push the key it acts like it is gonna start sometimes but not starting. I also had some problems before like it was starting hard when i stop it and try to run again immediately when i wait a bit it was running without any problem. Also sometimes it was stopping at the idle mode as well as giving gas to engine. Those were not common issues i had but i wanted to mention maybe it may be related. Please help me with that if you have any information.

It was but i forgot to mention that the radiator was not working the thermostat of it changed and the radiator at the inside i dont know how to call it. It was also the time to change the coolant after the change i pushed the key to check and since then it is not running i did not disconnect any socket or anything i just release the coolant and filled the new one thats all
