im not happy i got a £30 fine 2nite for driving wiv my fogs on
does anyone think i can get away wiv it
cuz hid kit startle me more than my little fogs (wi standed bulbs in)

plus i dint know it was illegal to drive wiv them on when its not foggy guessin that copper dint get his leg over last nite

Was it foggy? If not then the officer was well within his rights to give you a ticket!

If it wasn't foggy why did you have them on? Your just wearing your bulbs out!

If the officer has issued you a ticket,the only way around it is to appeal it in court.If you can get someone to back your story of it being foggy/misty in an area very near where you was,you might have a chance.If the officer was alone,theres a big chance you'll get off.Plus,he also should have bieng wearing his hat thing.Strange, i know.But my sisters a copper. I got off with having mine on as i had only owned the car 3 weeks and played dum and said i wasnt even aware i had them on,and he let me off. But it is enoying,as it does make the car look more sporty

How do fogs make a car look sporty? F1 cars do not have fogs, BTCC cars do not have fogs! You only need them on if it is foggy! Just out of interest did you have the rear fog on as well?

I was under the impression it was taught when you learn to drive as part of the theory.

I rarely, if ever, use my rear fogs as, even if visibility is below the legal 100 metres, in most of this country we rarely get fogs bad enough to need them.

Also, another pet hate of mine in the dark:
GET YOUR FU***NG FOOT OFF THE BRAKE PEDAL WHEN STOPPED IN A QUEUE OF TRAFFIC! USE THE STICK-LIKE THING JUST BEHINd THE GEAR STICK. IT'S CALLED A HANDBRAKE!!!

nah it wasnt foggy / misty just like the look of the car when there on and no i dint have the rear fogs on (btw im on about lower fogs if n-e 1 dint no)

i wouldnt mind but most of the cop cars round my end drive wiv em on

think ill pay it this time and costom my foggs put some side light holders and some white leds in but would it pass mot???

It's been said on here before that anyone driving with front fogs on in clear daylight is sad/makes you look a tw*t/just plain annoying and of course is illegal
- although I think rear fog abusers are worse....
