General Not getting upto temprature

Hi my ulysse does noy get upto temprature properly and the heaters only blow warm air.

Its had new radiator and intercooler ive flushed the system with a 50/50 mix of anti freeze twice now and still the same

it only gets to about 68 degrease the goes up when sat in traffic but not by much unless its hot outside then it goes to about 90

is there a bleed screw on the heater matrix as ive looked everywhere and there doesnt seem to be one

Is your thermostat missing? What engine? I presume a diesel as you speak of an intercooler, why was that changed? Make sure the heater is on full, i.e turned to full heat, that way the valve on the matrix is fully open to bleed out any air.

thermostat okay had the heater on hot and on full when flushed the heater was red hot when flushing but after it has cooled down and the caps been put on not hot air

it is a diesel the intercooler had big hole in it aswell as the radiator started to leak so changed the and nothing but problems since
