tell me about it found a marea unit for a ton, then the clutch and fitting by a good mechanic mate for a couple of hundred oh well the love for fiats costs a packet but its worth it
love the look on peoples faces, they dont expect the noise, and defo dont expect the way they launch,:slayer:

yeah tell me about it a 'normal' looking bravo no big bodykits or wheels that can put a lot of cars to shame including a lot of my mates cars on the strip including mates 306 2.0 xsi, astra gsi, starlet turbo, and a escort rs2000 which kept tryin untill his engine mwent bang but the strong 5 cylinder fiat kept goin ha ha ha:slayer::worship:
the 5pot is supposed to be quite weak apparently, when my bottom end went rattled like mad, drove it to the garage, they asked me how i got it to them, coz they didnt see a tow truck.....i said i drove it

it shouldnt have started let alone drove, well it did..sorry:slayer: had no power but it drovewhen i was remaped and inducted, i could do mk5 golf gti's with relative ease
but since fiat screwed my car, only just got it sorted now, i couldnt beat 1.6 megane's
the put and ecu update on, which wiped the re-map (but kept the induction), the standard fiat map isnt desinged for the extra airflow of the GSR kit, and i had no power, poor running, infact it was dynoed at 148bhp
nothing major just 22bhp off standard, so was advised by pete to put the original airbox back on, and so far so good, power seems to be back to normal, just gota go through the whole induction and re-map again

had mine dynoed while back with induction and stainless cat beck on and got 125 bhp at the wheels not sure and the fly wheel and 150 lb/ft of torque which aint bad for an 11 yr old car its the torque that gets most people, sayin that though i struggle to keep up with most cars upto 30mph but then in 2nd and 3rd at 4000 revs all hell is unleashed which is what i love about it he he he then it just keeps goin all way lol

same with mine setting off they think they got you, but as their cars start to back off, the 5 pots just keep pulling. my torque figure confused me, 199bhp and 247 lbs/ft, wanted it doing again but the rollers were very hot, so not sure how true the torque is, though others were around 210lbs ft and for a n/a car thats bloody good
199.7 at the fly and 160 something at the wheels
just love the noise though, its addictive

damn right the noise is immense sounds like nothin else on the road lol, i gonna try to get the power as close to 200bhp as i can not sure how close i can get with out a turbo/supercharger/nos
do GSR have an induction for th HGT?? thats how the stilos are coming out with 200+ with just re-map and induction
