Noisy Passenger Door

Hi,
When I open or close my passenger door it makes a very load and annoying double click every time. It is not coming form the hinges but from the little "joint" thingy that stops the doot opening too far!
Greasing it didn't make a differce, it seems to be internal within the door.
Has anyone else had this problem? or have an idea how to fix it?

I have had a noisy door before and i think it's quite common with bravo's all i did what titen all the bolts that hold the hinges together.
