Hi guys first post here so I hope someone can help. I bought a LHD ex Belgacon 999cc OHC 1992 UNO. Its done 105000kms (verified). However when I start if from cold it's like a Rolls Royce,,,,,,,,really quiet, however when it warms up the dizzy goes noisy. Like a chattering sound as the revs increase ?
I have changed the engine oil and filter so it aint full of hypoid and STP !! NO CHANGE.
It's deffo the dizzy, I've had a stethoscope on it and got a 2nd hand one and fitted that. The one I bought was knocking it's brains out from cold !! So it was WORSE !!
Stange thing is I've refitted the original one and now thats the same !!
Car starts and drives great buty this is drivin me nuts. Any ideas please ?
Worst to the worst how much is a new dizzy and where's the cheapest place to get one ??
