Technical noise??

hello there had my fiat coupe for 4 months now and i`ve had all the essentials done cam belt, clutch full service ect ect.. just recently i`ve started to hear a whistling noise as i accellerate and it gets louder sounds like a siren i keep thinkin im about to get pulled by the fuzz any ideas????

other than that the engine runs sweet as a nut!?!?!

Did the whistling start just after the service?

I used to have a car that started whistling like that, turned out to be a faulty air filter.

nah its just started 2 weeks ago only when its warmed up it seems

You dont have any after market blow off/dump valves etc?

Is worth a visual check on the airbox as you sound to have an air leak, a loose hose clip or the box not clipped together 100% Undo the airbox check the filter and put it back together

yeah has a dump valve dont know what brand though...
found a crack in a hose wahoooooooooooooooo!
