Technical Noise on acceleration

Hi everyone,
Hope someone can help, I have a Fiat Ducato 1.9 TD camper that developed a drone noise on acceleration, the faster I go the louder it sounds.
It doesn't make this noise while stationery only when moving. I thought it might be offside wheel bearing as there was play in wheel, done this but still have noise. Any comments much appreciated

have you checked brakes for foreign bodies etc. or stub axles for play or other deterioration. i'm only an enthusiastic amateur but that's where i'd start.

I've been out in it again and I'm 90% sure this noise is coming from the engine bay.

ONLY when accelerating..?,
quiet when coasting..?? dip clutch..noise change..??
