Been having this issue ever since I bought the car. It happens completely randomly and infrequently but has been happening more often lately. When it does happen, when I switch on the Ac fan, regardless of whether the AC is on, I hear a sound as if the fan is hitting against something like a paper. Sometimes when it happens I could switch the fan off and on again and it'd go away but other times it just keeps going and I have to raise the volume to avoid going insane.

Has anyone had this issue before? Could the bearings of the fan be in a bad condition or maybe something is stuck inside? I'm kinda lost for an explanation because it happens completely out of the blue.

I had that, on my Bravo it was the insulator around the ventilation engine, which is located on the right side.Take a look at the picture I posted.Remove that insulation or re-glue it back to the original location and the problem will be gone. It gets detached due to glue getting loose.I marked it with a yellow pointer.

Really sorry for replying so late. So Ive taken the strangest forms a human body can take to remove the cover and then grabbed some photos of the area. Could you point me to the insulator you mentioned earlier

there should be a motor similar to this one on the pictures only a bit longer:
https://www.fiatforum.com/bravo-brava/314543-fiat-brava-heater-airconditioner-fan-broken.html

The motor had som kind of sound/thermal insulation outside the compartment where it was seated, that insulation broke loose due to the loose glue, and a piece of that insulation was touching the blades and producing an anoying sound, that made the fan loud.

OK will check it in the morning and update you. Might as well check the elearn .
