oh sh*t hope you get it sorted bl**dy weather, even worse bl**dy insurance company's they take your money slightist tap and it's bingo write off! dont they ever think you just may want to get it fixed:bang:

tell me about it mate. well i've got wing back close enough, just i slight dent, took it for tracking doing this morning but its worse now than when it went in so im taking it back, its pulling to the right and the steering wheel is wobbling now, plus the steering wheel is not level when your going straight:( need a new inner plastic arch so i've p.m'ed gary to see if hes got one. apart from that everything is good, just keeping a eye out for a alloy to match the 3 good ones ive got left lol. was watching a set of 17" chrome 6 spokes on ebay but missed the end of auction this afternoon, they sold for £82 and they had good tyres on and they were only down the road from me at halifax:bang:

Aww man! That sucks.

How did they do the tracking? Laser lights between front and rear of the wheel or 4 wheel with mirrors on all 4 wheels?
laser lights between front and rear, but i've only changed the front wheels at mo so was wondering if have different size wheels on the back would make any differents???? they are a different off set.

Did you clean the hub faces and wheel faces thoroughly? Different wheels allow different areas to corrode and perhaps the wheels were not perfectly flush with the hub face?

Tyres on the original wheels correct size and pressure and worn equally?

Always is possibility of wrong part for the lower arm. Think I saw somewhere someone got an arm that just wouldn't fit... wouldn't be outside the realms of possibility that the pattern part doesn't match the opposite side.

arm went straight on no problems at all, lined up perfect. air is abit low in tyres but not enough to corse the pulling on the steering wheel. wheels were fine before i changed they so cant need balancing. i had it jacked up today after tracking just to see if something else had broke and that was to blame but its solid no movement at all.

something you might be able to help me with just been looking for a new front wing as they are only £24 and im getting the back ones done so can get them sprayed up at same time, but it says front wing none 16v so are they different from normal tipos?

took it back to garage this morning for them to check tracking again and it was a mile out, but they found one of my track rods is bent:bang: but funny thing is that its the opposite side to what took the impact . phoned motor shop £14 each, so not to bad. going to change both and the track rod ends.
