Hi there,
I'm new on this site and this is my first post, so forgive me if I get it wrong.

I have an issue with the N/S tail light. I have done the usual checks and the bulb is OK. All other lights are working and I've checked the Gnd which is good. The issue is I'm getting no voltage to the tail light which I believe is fed from the BCM.
I have checked the wiring from the Fiat connector at the rear of the chassis to the Tail light and this is OK, but I'm not seeing any voltage. After a few seconds the bulb warning light on the dash comes on. I can reset it with a scanner and it reads a SC or OC fault for LH side lights.

Does this sound like a faulty BCM or are there other checks I can do ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Paul,
Welcome to the forum. I am not an expert on the x250 Ducato. The attached printout from Fiat eLearn, was originally posted by another member. Unfortunately the diagram quality on eLearn printouts is poor, but you may be able to match with the text. You may still have a wiring fault, between the BCM and the rear of the vehicle, so do not rush into blaming the BCM, which is an expensive part.
Also attached is my colour code translation chart, in case you can decipher the diagram.

Many thanks for your prompt reply. The attached info is very useful, especially the colour list.
The MH is back in storage so when I get time I will check the wiring from the BCM to the connector and also what the BCM is outputting .
I'll post my findings when I've done this.
