When you say battery checked and full power, how and where did you check it?
i put battery charger on and it said full
Don't rely on what a battery charger says, as it can often mean it cannot put any, or any more charge into battery, so may not mean battery fully charged.
Also batteries can be working one day and completely duff the next if short out internally.
Have you got a multimeter?
If so set it to DC volts and put it across the terminals of the battery should be around 12.5 volts, then do same test from positive on battery and the other probe on chassis of vehicle, then do same test but to metal of engine.
If any discrepancies check for damaged earth wires from battery, also check battery terminals are secure.
Sounds like a result, but check for any battery connections that may have been disturbed which have got it going , but no guarantee it will keep going reliably until you find the reason in the first place.
