Ducato 2023 base Dethleffs. After 2-3 weeks parked up - driving off driveway then power steering failure. Cut to short storey; local garage diagnostics and fault finding suggests new steering colum needed with coding only from Fiat professionals garage. Steering fault is intermittent straight road steering normal then on bends/roundabouts etc goes really hard like no assistance at all then straight road power steering clicks in again. Can feel some vibration in steering wheel when power steering activates again. Garage said circa £1700 part for new steering rack + vat+ labour at Fiat professionals. ££££££££s
