I have a 54 plate Ulysse 2.0. Has caused me no end of trouble... broken timing belt etc... spent 3k got it fixed and it's been running decently since.
For a while now, on long motorway journeys after an hour or so the engine loses power and I have to change down to third or fourth gear just to keep going at a safe speed. I dread going uphill as it can drop to 30mph!
My mechanic says it might be the EGR valve but says it's a big job. Anyone had similar problems got any ideas how much that would set me back?
