No access to blue and Me... At all!

Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help.

I have a 3 month old Fiat 500 Lounge with the Blue and Me system. I have a compatible Nokia which has been working fine with the system. All of a sudden however, I can no longer access the menu in the centre console or start the voice activation. The only buttons that work on the steering wheel are the ones which control the radio and CD. The phone however still says its connected and disconnects normally when I turn the engine off but I can get nothing up on the Fiat screen.

Any advice as to how I can try to restart the blue and me would be greatly appreciated as I can't make or recieve any calls in the car now!
