Dont suppose anyone knows what you have to have done to be able to fit a nitrous kit? my car wont go any faster an its startin to get borin' ha ha ha!

Pay someone is the safest option.

you have any idea how much it'l cost? i got a bravo full abarth spec just dont have nitrous got told it was a waste of time, dunno think with a scorpion it would be like **** off a stick?! or am i just wrong?

my brother has nitrous installed on his HGT, cost him £850- didnt need anything doing to engine but he had it installed by professionals and he paid an extra £300 for a progressive controller to control the nitrous. so all in he paid £1150 for 75bhp extra

aparntly you can fit scorpion turbos on bravo hgts? anyone think this is a better idea then nitrous? extra 90bhp or something?!?!?! my garage guy sed he could fit a rotary turbo to it?? what the ****? im only a kid!!! all this talk is a blag! anyone just tell me how to max the ****er out?!

yes you can fit a turbo to a HGT - but its bloody expensive - i was quoted £3500+vat for just the parts - not very good value me thinks

jesus my last bravo it cost 1400 to have a vortech V-1 S-Trim supercharger fitted witt a dual pass liquid to air closed loop system, but you have to pay extra for a stand alone pump. NICE but expensive. sod the 899cc cinquecento ill stick to a skateboard!!!

Sounds dodgey, an extra 90BHP would put it higher than a coupe 20vt and they have very different engine internals to cope with the power. Me thinks your garage is talking bullshit.
I'd find a reputable garage as it sounds like your engine may end up a pile of scrap.

sorry guys my dad thinks he knows what hes talkin about. hes got a mustang GT he just got a supercharger fitted an hes braggin!! nice but expensive! my cars what i wanna know about. it does ok at the mo just a big slow off the mark! might give the nitrous thing a try! an yeah the garage is a bit dodgy ha ha!

You'd be lucky to get a second hand unit for that price. I have been quoted upwards of 2k supply only and the vortech V1/S is a big old beast. Its the pipework and mounting that costs, along with the remapping.
You can't just slap a turbo or supercharger on an engine and expect it to instantly give out 7000BHP without a few good tweaks to the fueling.
You'd be lucky to get a second hand unit for that price. I have been quoted upwards of 2k supply only and the vortech V1/S is a big old beast. ill post one on for you tomorrow, aint got one on my comp and he dont get back from birmingham till 6ish. its sweet tho! 4.6 supercharged V8! nice! my mum car is better tho, anyone heard of a holden commodore?
