Hi there! I recently bought a (red) 1993 Fiat Panda FIZZ from Ebay for 122GBP. It was taxed til November 2006, MOT'd til May 2007 and looks quite tidy for 13 years old!

I've now been driving her about for about a week, and have to admit I think she's really fun to drive!

Being an old woman, I decided to call her Doris! (Well, the name was my fiance's suggestion...) but it suits.

What (if you have) did your call your panda, and what make / color is it?

Having children meant that I had no choice in the name - they get to do all that fun stuff.
And the only name my 4 year old could think of was Percy.
So! Percy Panda it was.

Mine is called chichi, after the panda bear in london zoo! lol which is probably dead now :eek: Its a really early Mk1 4x4 and its "verde alpine" or grey green to us!! Also its stoved in in the front, (see depressing thread i set up for save the panda fund). I hope you have better luck with yours :eek:

Mmm...

Sylvia the 1991 1000Super cause she was owned by a Sylvia Rowe for 16 years till she gave up driving and made me promise that I'd look after the car.... (que, crashing it into a fiat dealers show room hitting 2 brand new motors, car kidnapping in africa and boiling it in Death Valley... Oops. May not of kept my word on that one!)

Juppy the 1987 4x4 came with the name cause of the jpy reg

Splutter the 1989 750L cause of his 'nature'. Again he came with the name

Asbo the 1995 Selecta who I wanted to call Bo but Chris said his car was called that (which he seems to of forgotten...:confused: ) so as you could always see my selecta hanging round the outside of Wetherspoons on a Friday night he became Asbo!

Generally unless they come with a name I name mine after the last owner....

Lets hope you dont buy a car off anybody called 'Richard' then, as i would hate for you to have to explain to people why a gay man has a car called 'Dick' :eek: :D

I also refer to mine as Pandy! And it's also red! Everyone keeps trying to rename it Ian as the reg is EAN but I don't like it, so I just call it Pandy :)

Have you ever noticed that every thread I join always goes down this road....

That's it, I quit and I'm off to join the Perodua Kelisa forum and no one will ever joke about my car being gay ever again!:cry:

Dunno. Copyright is automatic on anything you create but I don't know if it applies to posts in public forums. However, I've been using it since you coined it so if Alan could just confirm that possession actually is nine tenths of the law we'll be on our way :D .
