General Newbie Seicento owner

Does anybody know where I can get a blank key for my 02 Seicento.It was supplied only with one. I took the key to Timpsons key cutters and they said it was a crypto key and they cant clone it. Spoke to the local Fiat dealer they said that they could code the key for £40 but the key would cost and extra £58 plus vat. Timpson said if they had the right key they would cut it for me for £4 and the fiat dealer could code it later. The key I have at the moment has a 2 with a triangle with 2 circles around it. Any help or advice

It is a code 2 key im afraid which has all the immobiliser info within it so afraid you cant get a cheap key.

without getting a key from fiat the only other option to a get a complete lock set from scrappers but a noob lesson is learned in that you never buy a car with only one key without proper reserarch
