newbie need advice

hi there my names ped fraser came across this forum searching a problem with the 2nd hand punto sporting 1.2 i recently bought the problem is i went over a small bump doing barley 20mph and now there s a ratalling grinding noise coming from back of car like somthing has came off but cant see anything from under car seems like the brakes as when i brake its like the brake pads are done but there are new pads any help would be great

Hi, and welcome,
best / easiest is jack up rear wheel and spin it,
you will figure out which wheel does it..,

you can also put on handbrake 1 click at a time , and see differences left wheel against right..!!,


there is a punto 2B section ,
but yours is a general question,
