Well, raining again and as usual the wiper blades are being temperamental, namely very juddery in light drizzle. Tried the usual solutions such as the various glass cleaners, vinegar and newspaper etc. but found that claying the screen was the only thing to work, albeit temporarily so time to invest in better quality blades.

Has anybody tried these? Bosch Aerotwins - Code A300S

I bought one Bosch blade for the driver's side off PR O'Reillys in Kilbarrack and got raped to the tune of €45. Micksgarage.ie sell the drivers one for €20-20 if you want to avoid paying £41.38 for 2 off xxxx.co.uk but they appear good value. Replacing the blade solved my juddering problem. I also had to re-align the blade slighly on the 'spindle' because in a particular windy part of Ireland it was over-shooting the windscreen.

I'd love to buy some Bosch ones but I've only recently put a set of crappy genuine ones on my car to replace a set which tbh wasn't even finished yet and I've got another set in the shed...... grrrrr damn my attempted thriftiness!

I can recommend the bosch rear wiper, it's a touch smaller than the factory fit one but wipes much better.
