Its actually fairly easy if you can manage anything that haynes grades at 2 spanners. the extra wiring can go inside the trunking that exists already (if you are careful) or can go through a hole drilled and gromitted if you cant get into the trunking. It sounds scarier than it is.
The components you have picked are ok, but they ARE budget speakers. Also, they are significantly smaller than the gaps in your door, so you'll be making spacers for them. If you've heard some of our installs with better ones, you'll be converted and will spend more on speakers!
I'd suggest that for not too much more cash, you could step up to infiniti reference components. (for example 5010cs or 5020cs if you want to stay smaller than the 16.5cm speakers)

THESE will go in no problem. some folk have made spacers, some seemd to fit straight in. I've used this particular model and thought they were pretty bloody good for the money. (so much so that if/when i replace my current car, i'm gonna get infinity kappa speakers next time)
