Like I said, with a bit more db optimisation I should be able to get this down a bit more

PHP 5.2! Upgraded to 5.3 and it's all ok now

Session caching now in place, BUT, I have a feeling it's not working on recycles properly. So if you suddenly get logged out, let me know.

Moved the last of the files all into cache. Only thing that makes a disk hit now are images (and uploads, obviously )
