Forgot to add, couldn't sleep - so updated module.
It will need to run at least a week with no issues before we're sure it's working - but on the plus side, it hasnt' crashed so far.

:yeahthat:.. and it keeps saying there's 2 new "tweets" when ive already read them several times. I like the idea, just would also like to be able to turn it off.

Are you logged into Twitter at the time?
For me, it clears them as soon as I've read them - I'll report that as a bug then.
Don't really want to turn it off right now as it's part of a viral campaign starting soon...

Each time I sign back in to FF is shows 2 new tweets. Each time I click on them to read them, the red "2" dissapears and then next time I sign out of FF and back in again it says I have 2 new tweets again.

mine hasn't shown no new ones since the first one last night, still doing my nut in though it don't even move. cant it be set so it just shows on the first page you read each day then fecks off?

This would seem like a cookie issue, I'll check if anyone else has reported this.

It would appear it doesn't take much to do your nut in ...a static little box that says "tweets"?? lol...
I hardly notice it already
its going to be worse on the netbook, not enough screen on that to start with

It's never going to cover up any text - the most it would be able to do is hide half the users location
Im using Opera Mini on my phone, and until you guys started talking about it, I didn't even know it was there. I did still have to go hunting for it when you mentioned it, so it is hardly a distraction to me.
