Well I was originally going to get them from the store on mp3car.com but after going to order them today and finding both items out of stock I had a search on google.
So managed to find a DSATX 220w supply for £122 delivered and the 8" Lilliput for £150 delivered. Im still abit dubious whether the lilliput will turn up working as that price is an absolute steal!
Got an old 1.2ghz, 1gb ram desktop knocking about so I'm just going to rip everything out and either see if it will squeeze under the rear seats or i'll make a false floor in the boot for it all.
Well ideally I'd like some sort of extending arm coming out the glove box so that it can retract when not needed but its going to require some fabrication work.
ah right, I was thinking of having it always visible (perhaps a protective cover to make it look normal...thieves!) I was going to tie it into the OBDII connector in the car, so I can have all of the stats up while I drive
Basically, make wooden supports to stretch fabric around to create a rough shape. When happy, apply the resin and let it set. Then began to start applying fibreglass/resin mix. You'll then be left with a surround and a hole which you will need to blend into the front of your TFT. However, mine was rushed and I'm going to redo it in summer
