General New member air problem

Hi I have a Ducato 2016 130
The big air pipe came off while driving this morning.. I put a new clip on it and thought that would fix it but now it starts then cuts off and I have no throttle.. the van has 25000 miles.. any ideas on this?

Is this the air filter feed or the intercooler pipe?

It was the inter cooler pipe but turned out my dpf was blocked managed to get it cleaned out yesterday and now the van is running sweet
