my name is jasper bolink im 19 years old and live in the netherlands i drive a fiat fiorino us army van from the year 1990 i like the car but i getting a litle frustrated becaus the wiper doesnt word if i turn it on the left side blinker goes on i dont know if someone owns a fiorino lik mine and has had this problem but if someone can help i would be verry pleased

It might be an earthing block. Look for an earth wire from the "blinker" going to the body of the van. Check the connection and improve it if necessary.

That might work, used to be the first thing I looked for on my Panda.
