Afternoon all, just changed the discs and pads on our 2011 T/A which was my second attempt, as last week I was defeated by the caliper carrier bolts...!

But one of my work colleagues lent me his cordless impact gun (Milwaukee) and I was able to get them out today. I had to dial the power up for one bolt in particular.

I'd already bought myself a 1/2" drive E16 impact socket too...

I did buy new bolts, p/n: 51794407

Apart from that, all straight forward and now enjoying a well earned beverage...

I'll be getting my tame garage to change the brake fluid when it goes for it's service & MOT in a few months...

I do crack the bleed nipples when pushing the pistons back for the new pads, but the O/S wouldn't budge, so I left it as I'd had enough trouble with the carrier bolts and didn't want to push my luck.

The N/S caliper is newer as I had to replace it back along and the bleed nipple worked as intended.
