New discs and Pads - where to buy

I am selling my car and feel that it needs new discs and pads. Can anyone suggest a place to purchase a set of standard discs and Pads for a 100sx. I have found these (see link) which seam very cheap, anybody bought anything from these peeps?

also with pads does "axle set" mean two or four?

Delphi are a good stock make.

An axle set is enough to do one axle worth. ie both left and right.
