New Bumpers?

Hi all, I'm really clueless about cars so thought i'd ask here so sorry if i sound bit dumb! I've got a fiat punto 51 3 door, but i really don't like the black bumpers on it, can i buy some bumpers off a newer spec and get them fitted to mine?
