New B&M problem - echo

I had to have the B&M reset about 3 weeks ago as people couldn't hear me and the B&M lady couldn't hear me either - all well now and it is working perfectly

Since then no-one has had a problem hearing me but instead they are hearing an echo of themselves just after speaking and they say it is really annoying. For example, if my hubbie says, "i'll be late home" when he gets to saying "late" he starts hearing himself again saying "i'll".

It happened before I changed my mobile phone to new one so I know it's not that.

Anyone know what this 'echo' thing means, i.e. should i be making a call to the dealer in the new year to look at that now too?

try lowering the volume during a call.

Ah ok, I do have it quite loud as I find it hard to hear over the road noise but I will give that a try (not brave enough to turn it up via the external volume on the radio as when I did that last time the whole thing died on me).

I'll try having it quieter and see if that works. Thanks.

It worked thanks

I increased the ext vol on the radio to 20, and now I don't have to turn up the volume when talking to people on the B&M by using the volume keys on the wheel.
