I've just added a whole bunch of links under the "Other Software" section. These include some great open source freeware stuff that gets mentioned a lot in here and I'm sure you'll find benefits from using, such as GIMP, which is like Photoshop, but free !!

There are also links to Limewire P2P and BitTorrent, and the legendary VLC Media Player.
