the only way that they're road legal is if u have red neon on the back, orange on the sides and white on the front.
u can park up and have them on and they arent really arsed, although my mate got done for having them on in a car park and was told that they where a danger to the public

I got pulled by the cops for having mine on, but that was only for having a red neon at the front of my car. When i athe copper want the law was, he said that neons ARE legal! as long as there is no red light showing from the front of the car. So as long as there is no red at the front all the cops can do is ask you to turn them off, (Until you get round the corrner).
its a screwed up area off the law as u can tell, no-one knows, different police forces tell u different things
