needs a little help!

Hey all, after ownin my fiat bravo for a good year now iv decided to start tweekin a few things under the hood, im wanting to put a front mount intercooler on her butt unsure on the size of the water pipe size comin from the inlet an out let will any universal intercooler and pipe work fit or does anyone know the diameters its a 2008 model 1.9 jdti 120hp 8v thanks
