Hey All, I've recently purchased a Fiat Bravo 2008, the '1.4-MPI-16V-90CV-CF4+EOBD-DYNAMIC-GD.6M-' according to my VIN. Unfortunately, after not even owning the car for that long the Clutch pedal just went. After some faffing around with AA, namely them saying it was that slave cylinder. I purchased the part then asked a mechanic to install it, to which he informed me it was not actually the slave cylinder but rather the ball joint on the clutch pedal which was connected to the slave master. I've attached a photo so you can better see what is broken on it.
I'm just wondering if it's possible to replace just the ball socket, or will I have to replace the entire master cylinder? And if that is the case, could someone point me in the direction of guides on how to replace it?
