Need help!

Hey guys, got a bit of a problem....

My mk2b turns on and runs fine, with the exception that it keeps juttering when pulling off like it has some kind of misfire or something... Later on in the rev range its ok, but if you put your foot down it jutters slightly and the engine light comes on...

Any ideas?? Or how i can find out what the problem is?

The car is obd2 compliant. Get the codes read, post them here. Anyone with a code reader can do it. Remember, you're paying for the codes, not a diagnosis.

Any old garage should have the code reader no? How much do you think it is for the codes?

Usually it's around 20 quid, but shop around.

In that case, see the Punto section for appropriate connectors and software. Or drive to a civilised part of the UK!

Ok i'll have a look for local meets coming up soon... I'll probs change the spark plugs anyway, dunno if the guy who chanegd my engine put new ones in.. doubt it..
