Technical Need help with spare key

I need help guys, I somehow lost my primary key, I tried turning the car on with the spare key but no success.

I followed the instructions putting the key inside the arm rest thingy, but it doesn't pair. They spare key can lock the car and of course unlock it aswell.

I don't know what to do, any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean the wearable 'Pebble' key?
Does the spare do anything? You can't pair the key. At least you can't in the UK. Only a dealer can do that, with suitable proof of ownership

No, the actual key, the normal one, contactless
