need help with my hgt 2.0

i recently bought a bravo 2.0 20v hgt on a r plate. since getting the car it has spent all bar 2hrs of its life with me in the local garage. the car runs but when the accelerator is pushed it cuts of and starts again which when driving gives a jurking affect.. the car has been to fiat where they were unable to find the fault.. a variety of things have been tried and still none the wiser! can anyone help..
i am no mechanic but i do know what has been tried...
1) the timing has been checked and the sensor behind the timing belt has been changed
2)air flow meter sensor has been changed.
currently i have spent a conciderable amount on the car and still have the same problems. i would be greatfull for any bodys help thanks

How can they fix it, if they don't know what's wrong with it?

Sometimes you have to bite the bullet and go to Fiat.

sorry they cant fix it. car has been to fiat and they cant put their finger on it either. they want to have it in and go through the whole engine again including the problems i have alerady paid for

were the r plate on a fly by wire or was that just the 155 models
