General Need help replacing visor

Hi. This is my first post I am in need of help. I have a 2014 fiat 500L easy. The driver side mirror is broken. I need to replace it. The dealership wanted almost $500 and I see it on loose for about $207. I don’t see how to remove the old piece in the fiat where it would be installed. I attached a picture of what I mean. The part online looks like it has the piece attached to it so I assume I need to remove this piece and want to make sure I can figure it out before spending $207 on the replacement part. Can anyone help guide me please?

Realized I said the mirror but I mean the visor inside

Is the bit to the right of the hole not a screw blanking plate that needs popping out to reveal a screw?

You were correct thank you. I had the feeling and tried but didn’t give enough leverage I was nervous to break something. So I ordered the visor, thanks!

Sometimes you just have to back yourself and go for it……..doesn’t always work and things do break but nothing ventured!
