hey guys, just wondered if you could lend me a hand. Im looking to fit an induction kit on my uno mambo 1.0 i.e and i was wondering whether to try and find a specific one or just go for a universal fit, and which make to go for. I've looked and looked but I just can't find a 1.0 uno specific kit.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
P.S. im a poor student, so nothing ill have to sell any of my family to be able to buy!

Good idea to buy one off Uno_94, save heaps on the new price and will be the right size/shape, your Uno has a FIRE engine :)

FIRE = Fully Integrated Robotised Engine. Basically, a simple design that could be machined and assembled by robots.

Do a few searches on the forum here, you'll find heaps of pictures and info about revised air filters...

Have just got in from fitting a K&N panel filter to the rally car, and there is a slight improvement mostly through the lower gears, but she is more willing to rev more freely and quickly. :)

Just hoping i get the same level of improvement in my road car (130bhp TDCi Mondeo).

Remeber if you r fir the cone filter, you may get more sound, but yu'll lose out on the cold air feed the engine will be breathing in more warm/hot air from around the engine. Hence why i went for the panel filer, so i can take the air intake from the bulkhead, also helps stop the engine killing its self by eating water.
