WOW how good does it look!

I have seen on the microsite that there is a Need for Speed kit - does anybody have details on it?

Like can you have it on any model? And a price...? And does it put the insurance up?

Thanks

I have seen the Sporting today.... the most gorgeous car EVER!

However the insurance is to much for me on that one (130bhp....) as I am 20 and had an accident last year. Ideally I want the 1.4 engine, or entry diesel, and looking like the sporting!

Looking at the www.fiat.co.uk/grandepunto and in Accessories - Sportiness there is the Need for Speed kit with: aluminium pedals, 17" alloys, sport body kit! Tempting... very tempting!

Lol I think I need to have a little chat with my local dealer in the morning and get the details! And if I can find a picture of it I will post it

looks like its in a fiat dealer too!!!

 That looks awesome!

Although I'd rather have the Abarth Super2000 Rally car :chin: (y)

I think the need for speed kit must just make one of the entry models (Active or Dynamic) look more like the sporting with the 17" alloys and stuff.

And the best news ever... my company car is up for renewal in the next few weeks - Grande Punto here I come!

I got the accesoires catalog today.

I'll think I will wait just a bit until I see the NFS package for real on a Punto.

I wouldn't want to buy the whole kit and then see that I have spoiled the beauty of my Grande Punto Sport 130:)

Are there any more pics of this kit?

I'm interessted in either the 1.9 Sporting or if they did it 1.3 90bhp Active Sport - and wouldn't mind the NFS kit for the front (wouldn't need the side skirts as both models come as standard). But i would like to see it fitted in the flesh. From the photo's the front spoiler enhances the front, but it could look a little 'stuck on'. Don't think the rear lower spoiler looks so great either.

Oh and that second kit which is silver is the MS Design one :)

There are only two sport versions: de 1.4 and the 1.9 130hp. Ah 1.3 sport doesn't exist.

I can surely recommend you the 130 jtd. I'm waiting for mine here in Belgium, and it's quite fast. Surely for me, as it is my first car!;)
And the looks of a normal punto are nice, but when it comes in SPORT-edition, then it is just :worship:

Yeah i know there's no 1.3 90bhp MultiJet on the Active Sports - just the 1.4 8v which is ashame. I've currently got a SportKa which, on paper has similar 0-60 times, but the torque from the 1.9 and the remapping potential is going to completely blow it out of the water.

I was interested in the Grande, but (for insurance purposes) it would have been the 1.4 Active Sport - just to slow!! If there was an inbetween Sport model I would have ordered one, but I have ended up ordering the (more expensive) Stilo Sporting 1.9 JTD - still only insurance group 5 though!

I think there is a Grande 1.4 16v Sporting being released later on in the year though if I am not mistaken??
