need a new key!

right ive broken my key in lock and managed to get it back out, ive got the red key but this is only one i got left. Do i have to go to a fiat dealer to get a another key?
Its a 1998 punto that ive got.

Take the red and snapped blue key to a auto locksmiths they can cut a new key from the red then clone the snapped blue onto the new key.
