now there is something els wrong with the cinq !!!!!! argh i swear i want to blow it up drove round town stopped and water leakin every where from cap so i fill it up with nice new cold water later on temp rockets to 130+ with fan on had to pull of and let it cool down so i really need help with what to do to it cause its already been to a garage 4 times in 6 months i dont want to make it 5 .....

make sure the expansion cap has a new seal as this would cause it to overheat.minesw overheated the other day due to a poor seal on the cap

cap sealed tight no leak came out you could hear the water boiling inside

water came out of the cap because the system is over pressurising, the temp rocketed because you have air in the cooling system.
either somethings gone stat,fan switch,rad bloacked and caused it too massivly overheat or the headgasgets gone.
my guess.

headgasket was replaced about month and a half ago so thats outta the question

i had this problem. it eventually f**ked the entire cooling system. I'd bleed the system, then try unblocking the rad

kk cheers takin it to a garage anyway i ent risking it dieing my dad said the thermostat could have gone but i dont know
