Name that part please..

I'm not sure if its a crankshaft damper or a front pulley damper but its snapped off so the belt is off and i have no power steering and my battery light is on,any idea if its a 'Fiat only' part and what the part is called

One would assume that the only source would be from the people who made the engine, ie Fiat.

Or a scrapyard.

The worrying thing is why did it fail...
