Tuning NA Camshafts on T-Jet

Hello team, I recently bought a Grande Punto T Jet with a pretty big mod list. One of the mods, I was told, is NA camshafts (from 1.4 starjet I suppose). How can I tell if the camshafts have actually been changed? Is there any way to measure lift without disassembling the head?
If so does anyone know what the lift is on OEM 1.4 t jet cams and what on the NA ones?
